As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, developing compelling visuals for various digital and print mediums. Your role will involve crafting designs for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and presentation decks. Experience in video creation and editing is a valuable plus. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics to enhance our brand’s visual narrative.

Your role will involve crafting designs for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and presentation decks. Experience in video creation and editing is a valuable plus. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics to enhance our brand’s visual narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Graphics: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  2. Email Campaigns: Create visually appealing email templates that effectively communicate our messages and promotions.
  3. Flyers and Print Materials: Design flyers and other print materials for events, promotions, and other company activities.
  4. Presentation Decks: Develop professional and visually compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate information to various audiences.
  5. Video Content: Assist in creating and editing video content for social media, website, and other platforms (if applicable).
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  7. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging.
  8. Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
  9. Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on graphic design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
  10. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Experience using canva
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, especially in digital media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
